Career path:

François Charron-Doucet holds the position of Senior Analyst at the CIRAIG (Interuniversity Research Center for the Life Cycle Assessment at the Ecole Polytechnique of Montréal). He has a background in engineering physics (École Polytechnique de Montreal) and obtained his Master's degree in 2007 from the same university with a thesis on greenhouse gas project quantification using Life Cycle Assessment. He has worked in France as a consultant in the waste management industry. Mr Charron-Doucet is actively involved in guiding businesses and governments towards more sustainable production and consumption practices, LCA implementation and environmental product certification.
